4 oclock on the sunday afternoon of the 2 days rugby played i think the sunday has the better games



Saturday 1 May

Bradford Bulls v Crusaders RL (1300)
Hull FC v Harlequins RL (1500)
Salford City Reds v Warrington Wolves (1700)
Leeds Rhinos v Wakefield Trinity (1900)


Sunday 2 May

Castleford Tigers v Catalans Dragons (1400)
Wigan Warriors v Huddersfield Giants (1600)
St Helens v Hull KR (1800)

I think it should have been kept in Cardiff, or even better had at Old Trafford and i think the derby games were much better.

Totally agree.
Also think that rather than a round of SL fixtures a one off tournament or mebbe even incorperating a round of the CC would have been better

to make it more interesting, they could use this weekend as a sevens tournament over the 2 days, so each team gets afew games and somebody actually wins something

Play it over 3 days (include bank holiday monday)
Day 1.......Group 1
Giants,Rhinos,Bulls,Cas,Wakey,Hull,and Hull Kr played as a sevens group games

Day 2.......Group 2
Saints,Warrington,Wigan,Salford,Quins,Catalans and Crusaders again played as a sevens group games

Day 3 Semi finals and finals

Winner Group one plays runner up group 2 (sevens)
Winner Group 2 v runner up group 1

Two winners meet in final.

Nice little tournament imo and at the end possible county pride
