We was never going to create much with Hemingway on the field though to be fair to the team.

Has he taken over your Thorman mantle?

I thought he did OK, certainly no worse than anyone else. He gave some excellent passes.

Stayed up till 6:30am to watch the game, made it till half time then packed it in...sounded like we were poor the second half

Never rated Hemingway, he's not even fit to lace Thorman's boots so he must be bad Wink
He never created anything.He was the first reciever then just offladed it to the next man without causing any confusion to the defence. Saw him bounced off numerous tackles. I'm not surprised we couldn't offload him during the off season cos he wasn't even good enough for Batley when on loan to them. Instead we've had to honour his contract. His only plus is his kicking game but in this modern era of rugby league they've got to have more than 1 string to their bow. He showed potential when he was a kid but it's never materialized unfortunately.
