| Courage is the word that describes Jamie Simpson. I wish him all the best back in Australia. A real shame that he never got a good run in one position with us to prove how good he could be. | |

| What a waste of peoples time and the clubs money !! Someone made an extremely flawed decision in this case Im afraid
And that isn`t aimed at the lad!!! Pieces of meat comes to mind!
He must have thought he was using the wrong deodorant --like some others I could name!

| For me this is a big blow to the club, especially the timing of it just when we are gearing up for a new campaign.Regardless of what happened in the past was hoping he could get fit from his injury and really show us what he was capable of this time. One thing he proved he did have in his armoury was pace.
As ever no doubt we won't get to know why, just as we prepare for a new season, one of our stars is offski. Why couldn't he put last year behind him and gear up for this year.
No doubt we will bring another in at some stage, then hear them say, well he needs time to settle to English conditions, blah blah blah by which time it will be another season gone.
Frustrating. | |

| Unfortunately this is not the first time that our wonderful board have displayed this type of behaviour. Nigh on the same trick they pulled on Albert Torrens. I'm personally not impressed. | |

| Totally pushed out mate. I was talking to Alby at the CC final at Twickers. He told us that after he got injured Sharp's attitude towards him completely changed. No compassion towards his injury or anything. Even to the point that Sharp refused him permission to travel on the team bus to the final. Next thing he knew was that he got told that he could go home whenever he and his family wished as the club weren't going to re-sign him. Talk about kicking someone whilst they are down? Some of the tricks that the club has pulled over the last few years have left me feeling disgusted to be honest. | |

| Had JS fully got over his injury.Pro RL is a ruthless business these days.As I said previous its okay but then if they go sign another overseas and give it the it takes them time to settle story it starts to become a farce. | |

| Oh yeah it's ruthless, but the sad fact is, if he had have been looked after, he would have made a full recovery and been able to play to his full potential again. Instead he was just binned. I'm sure that many on here would agree that he was a natural talent and consistent try scorer for us. He should have been given the full help and backing of the club, instead they turned their backs on him. What the hell are the board of directors up to when it comes to matters like this? | |

| I think the problem was that Simpson was hyped up big time and just didn't deliver and we weren't in a position to let him settle into a roll. We became competitive and he just didn't cut it, that's the reality.
The issue is that he should never have been brought over.
