| No mate it's not going to happen. The club would rather sign someone better. | |

| Not very highly rated, a good post on the Souths board rates him as a backup player. good hands, but lacks pace. l think we should be looking at far better players than this | |

| Ignore my previous post. Apparently people in the know in Oz recommend him highly which may have forced the club to change their mind. | |

| Can`t see where he is going to fit in the side. Need to keep Gilmour in the centres, as the back rows are well covered, and Gilmour is too good to keep out for an unknown quantity. | |

| James Deighton on Radio Leeds tonight said he's heard Jamie arrived in the country this weekend. We might see him in Cardiff after all. | |

| Nobody, more likely McGilvary drops out and one of Leroy or Bruno moves to wing. However if Simpson has arrived I think more likey we see him at Cas | |

| I would give him a couple of weeks to get up to speed in training before putting him on the park. I am sure he is a quality player otherwise we wouldn't have signed him, but we have quality in the back line already so its not like we are in any rush. | |

From what I have seen so far McGillvary is ready to play SL.Tough as it might seem I think it would have to be Lawrence who made way for Simpson.

From what I have seen so far McGillvary is ready to play SL.Tough as it might seem I think it would have to be Lawrence who made way for Simpson. Mc Gilvaray is not a patch on Lawrence. Defensively Lawrence is superb, tackling, positioning , the high ball. On attack he is not as direct as Mc G but has a much better fotballing brain. His try at St helens where he kicked around the winger before gathering the ball was a sublime bit of skill. Lawrence will be a feature for the Giants long after McG is forgotten about.
