Anyone who does something with the club.
I would say Simmons prob has the best chance with club connections etc, but Foulkes' name has been banded about a fair bit.

Toss-up really, from what I have seen of Aussie games this season, Simmons (West Tigers) play an open type game, plenty of off-loading and full back Hodgson linking up in attack once in the opposition half.
Foulks (Bulldogs) play a more forward dominated game trying to wear the opponents down with big drives, with a lot less close off-loading, but do bring the three-quarters in with conventional passing when needed.

Of the above two Simmons is more likely to play the British style, and Foulks a similar style to the old Bradford style of 13 years ago.

Then lets have Simmons for me, I certainly dont want to watch the Bradford style you are talking about, I know it got them a lot of success in the first 8 or 9 years of Super league, but they have never got much change out of Saints. They play the sort of game we should be aspiring too, and if it's true that we now spend up to the cap limit, i can see no reason why it can't be brought about by the right man,

I am wondering about simmons, thisa is what themanonthehill posted about him on rlfans

Please take royce simmons from us
He is an utter clown and is trying desperately to get the tigers a wooden spoon in addition to the one he got at Penriff
He is an out of his depth, backwards, useless, clown. If he left i'd dance for a week

granted his 1st post, but makes you wonder why it was posted in the first place.

The thing is that we are in a great position to do just that, thanks to KD.
Lets hope he DOES set the right man on. He would be doing himself and all the time and money he has put in, an injustice otherwise.

It's just not that easy to pick the right guy. I know some disagree with me, but we've done well the last two times, but before that, we have to go back a fair while to find a decent coach.

we had a couple more. I thought Van Der Velde did ok and then it was, god my mind has gone blank, he was in charge the season we beat Hull in the premiership. Steve ...... oh god it will come to me.

Another Alex Murphy type would do me. Even well paid full time players of today need a kick up the jaxy now and then.
And if a star player is under performing drop him and bring a second teamer in.
