| That was a great performance. I said at half time we would cut loose in the second half. Saints were getting worn down by us during the first half and it was only a matter of time before we got on a roll that they couldn't control, basically we did a Saints on Saints. Ok, I know they had a few players out, but it was the manor of the victory that really pleased me. It could have been a full strength Saints time and we would have won with that performance. | |

| What bugged me watching it at home was the ten thousand times Eddie reiterated the fact Saints were under strength. Well I ask this, if Saints are a 'poor' team due to injuries explain to me why they are 3rd in the table????
We beat a Saints side today capable of topping the table and we deserved what was a fantastic win and as Matt says, we are back in business.
Faultless performance.

| Still trying to work out how our 2nd half onslaught came about, can only think Saints were happy to put on 6 points and that was enough for them on the night. After that '1 way traffic' it got so easy for Fartown.
Eorl, the guy is hugely immense right now so very dominant at the ruck on offense,Just superb.

If it wasn't for kicking too deep and letting them run from their own 25 we would have put more points on them in the first half. It wasn't as if Saints played badly, we just controlled the game for about 60 to 70 minutes.

The very strong wind was massive in terms of this contest,Broughy's kicks got carried over in first 40,but the way we ran into the teeth of that gale in half 2 was beyond belief.Tough guys doing the tough yards and coming right out on top.

| Have to admit I ws a tad worried at half time having bombed so many chances in the first half. Then Saints scored and with the wind behind thought we were in trouble. How wrong could I be.
Just to point out, saints tries al came off the back of errors, a silly Gilly pass & Bruno offload, and a penalty.
And another point. If Halibut had allowed us the space that he allowed Saints it could have been even better. Why did we get taken back 12 - 15 metres all teh tiem and Saints only 10 at best?
After Wire, the most competent performance so far this season.

| Can you imagine what the Oz commentators would have been like if Benji Marshall had thrown that pass like Leroy? Clean underwear!!! | |

| Well i said i wouldn't go again until they started to try again, but of course i went, and how good were they, Saints had some players out but so did we, Eddie didn't seem to want to mention that, Great performance all round, Brough at his best, and Leroy a different player, whole pack immense, and backline clearly outplayed Saints, Haven't had many wins over them but they are nice when the come. They were as good this week as they were bad last, well done whole team , a great all-round show. | |

| Apparently that was their biggest defeat in five seasons. | |
