Dont know if this is already old news ( if so then apologies ) but i heard today from a extremely reliable source that Kieth has extended his contract by a considerable amount, Far as I'm concerned this is very good news, he has been and still is a very good player for us, he rarely (if ever ) takes a backward step, once again apologies if this is old news.

If this is true then that is very good news. We have some awesome front rowers so to tie them down on long term deals when in their prime is fantastic.

Agree, great news. One of those players that is a consistent and valuable addition to the squad and missed when injured.

It is clear the way in which the club are now going and it's great.

They are signing up the major players on long term deals 3,4 and 5 years and bringing in some of the most exciting young British talent who will step in once the current players get too old.

We now have Robbo, Brown, Eorl, O'Donnell and Mason on long term deals to name a few, would like to see Lunty sign up.

If we can get it right ala Tomkins at Wigan and bring the youngssters on before they step up then the future looks very good from a C&G position. Smile cheers Keith Mason 21033

Agree, but these youngsters have to be given their chance when the opportunity comes along
ie. if a senior player is carriying an injury l would like to see him rested and a youngster get in.
lf he does well he stays in,no game time and they may get dissalusioned and look to leave, then all this long term planning goes out the window.
