2012 shirts

Don't get excite they aren't out yet but i was just wondering what people would like to see for the new home and away shirts. I would assume the home will be claret and gold mainly but how would you like it to be? Hoops, V's, striped, slashes, stars etc. And what colours would you like to see on the away shirt?

Home shirt Claret and Gold hoops, away shirt White with C&G V

Not much comment on this, presume most agree with the above, I certainly do, Claret % Gold hoops for home and predominantly white away for mine. Liked the claret socks on last seasons away strip, may be nice to go for white shorts at home.

If they ever go for the traditional home or away kit I hope they put the Fartown crest back on it. Crest on one side Giants logo (if they must) on the other.

Like us for a change to go with a predominantly gold jersey with claret hoops,exact opposite to the traditional colours as in Matt's signature image.Need hoops back this year though.

Alternative,all white with a solid gold and a solid claret band around the chest.Like the one we wore when we won the championship in 1948.

Stars,wouldn't mind them neither on an alternative.Thought they looked okay on that Wigan design.

Perhaps with red white and blue sleeves, to represent Trinity

Would love to see something like the Wigan home shirt as our home shirt and the Catalans away shirt as our away shirt, all in the mighty C&G obviously!! really like the Catalans away one and the Saints home kit aint too bad.

London kits are shocking

Saints Hull and Wigan, all good shirts.

Like the wigan & saints ones, the hull one will I think be popular with hull fans as it is pretty traditional. I don't like the catalans triangle and prefer a saints style V. The London ones look like the 20 full kits for £199 from Sports Direct!

Just under 4 weeks.

looks like London only had an hour to design the shirts! school rugby teams have better kits than that!

Just been reading David Gronow's latest article as posted by Ivor, must say I like the 63 vintage away strip in the photo, a modern version would be good imo, lile the bands on the sleeves.

I'd settle for the Aussie shirt in our colours, Fat chance. I like that Leeds shirt that Ponner posted.

Guess what I found with a little searching around.

Oh dear!

At least I'll save some cash....won't have to fork out for a new shirt.

I assume this is the one that the club rejected hence why they are not shouting it from the roof tops. The real one will be released soon enough.
