Brown has said he wants an outside back and an edge running back rower, don't think a fullback is a priority for him.

Administrators, hint a deal should be done by end of November, Giants or Rhinos.

No new signings on the horizon at moment, nobody available for the right price so i'm told.

I'm with G-D on this, so far (if rumour and press speculation are correct) Patten chose Salford over us, Mason chose Hkr over us and now Hauraki has picked the Whino's.
Throw into the mix Bretts defection to the Wire are we now in a position where we can't compete with the aforementioned clubs OR is it a stand and were not going to be held to ransom by players.

Worrying. We have lost 3 of the clubs biggest earners surely in wild hodgson and whatuira. Plus the others and only brought one guy in. We are considerably weaker this year than last for sure, especially when the injuries kick in. Strange situation, can't imagine how Cas for example would be in a position to out bid us for Monaghan or the likes.

Due to Monaghan's antics off the field the club chose not to make him an offer.

Then they are hypocrites. We have taken on drug cheats and the like. We were going to take on Carney.

We knew mid season that Hodgson was going, Fatz went months ago, the club knew they were letting Wild go, there should have been players available at that time, at least other clubs seemed to be finding them. It all just re-enforces what i have been thinking for some time ," that everything in the garden is not rosy " also why can't they give us some info on ticket sales, i never hear a word about that.

Somehow I bet the season tickets are down on last season at this point. I hope we are in talks with one or two others.

looks like Souths may have trouble accomodating Inglis, and will have to offload
to get him, 1 -2 players could be available

l,m beginning to think thats it, Monaghan is still up for grabs, but l don,t think we are interested
Crusaders are releasing all out of contract players next week, do we know who they are?,
anyone we might look at?, 4 nations well burried now, no movement there.
The Giants are well known for keeping a lid on things, and l,m not against that, but, nothing,
and l,m thinking thats what we are going to get.
So lets go with it.

Well we've missed out on one of the few top class imports available in Joel Monaghan. I don't want us to panic buy, but as others said we knew all these players were leaving ages ago so why did we not have others lined up months ago when loads were available?
