| When you put it all together it shows we do already have quite a problem.
It is though a fantastic opportunity for those who might not be first choice to show themselves.

| Very true. Also if we ever have a fully fit squad there will be some really quality players not getting game time.
I think it is fair to say we have a larger than average first team squad.

| On the plus side, we put up a fantastic performance, away against one of the teams who will be pushing for top spot and we had 6 1st teamers missing. | |

| Maybe our luck has just turned,it was announced yesterday by the Radio Leeds Huddersfield Town commentator of all people that Lunt had not broken his LEG after all.Substitute WRIST for LEG and that's good news. Not seen any confirmation yet in any RL media.
Something that the RFL need to stamp out even now so early in the season,is ball carrying forwards going into the collision with the other elbow raised. This is how Mason got his chest injury from Bradford's Scruton, and last night our former player Paul Jackson was knocked senseless by a similar type elbow/forearm smash to his head.

How did Morley get away with that swinging forearm last night Def? Cas got the penalty, but no put on report or sinbin for a clear nasty and illegal challenge.

I was appaulled at that challenge and how it was dealt with bearing in mind it was the video ref who gave the penalty. I wonder can he still be called by the RFL for it?

Think he can still be called by the RFL for it as we had a few of them last season. Think they review the tapes of the matches and look for anything which the officials have missed.

| Warrington should have had two forwards off,Carvell and Morley. Two touch judges and a referee robbed Cas of an advantage. Also did anyone notice that Briers was 2 metres offside at the play the ball just before he intercepted for that try which turned the game. IMO touchjudges should get more involved (except that dipstick at Hull on Friday night) | |

| You see, unfortunately our great game is being made to look amateur by the standard of officiating. The vast majority of these blokes reffing Super league are just not up to the job. The inconsistency and double standards makes Rugby league, at times, the most frustrating thing to watch.
Something needs to be done, but we know it won't be. Things will just continue as they have been.

Outlook for Giants hooker Shaun Lunt is much brighter after injury I hope they do not rush him back if indeed it is just a slight injury. I didnt think ligaments were a quick repairing thing. Some say such damage can be worse and take longer to mend than a break. Fingers crossed whatever they decide to do it proves to be the best decision for Shaun and the team.

Both Morley and Carvell cited, hope they get two match bans which rules them out of their visit to the Galpharm in a couple of weeks time.

Torn ligaments can be a very serious injury, but stretched ligaments can repair very quickly.
