Giants 26 Wigan 16

Attendance: 8,783

I'm going!

Think it will be close in first half but think we will score late in second half to kill off their hopes of a win

I think if we do win then suddenly it all looks good for the playoffs, a defeat and I won't be expecting much. I would much rather finish third and get to play Saints as I think we will have a better chance of beating them and if we are going to play Leeds then I would rather it be in the final. Anyway, I will stick my neck out because I have been saying we will beat the pies for the last couple of weeks.

Giants 18 Wigan 14

Attendance 7,147

Hope we give the lads a great reception as appreciation for what has been a superb season and our best ever performance in the Super League.

Not too much talk about the game even though it's an important one IMO. Win this and then we're off to Saints next Friday who aren't firing on all cylinders at the moment.

Superb today!! I'd say that was as good as we've attacked all season. We're now back on form and ready for the play offs. Patrick must be one of the lightest props in SL but one of the hardest runners. He's going to be a star in the future.

If the ref had played to the same rules that everyone else have been doing all season regarding holding down, square at the play of the ball and offside we would have put 80 past them.

Yes we were good, we attacked well and defended ok, but Wigan were rubbish. We won't be getting that easy game again during the play-offs.

Another special mention to Super Lunt, he really is becoming a classy player. Bags of confidence, speed off the mark and plenty of upper body strength.

Every club has their moronic minority those with the drums were just some of that minority! 16 and on the pop never mix well despite who you might support! When talking of those who wished us well they weren't any of the minority but the nice respected majority!
