| Deffo 3-2-1 for me as some players lack consistency from game to game. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's a lack of effort on their part. They may be carrying a slight knock or whatever but I see 3-2-1 as the best way forward. | |

| I think 3-2-1 for me, people tend to remember the latest games but a game 4 weeks previously when someone was good may well not be remembered and that player could lose out....hope that makes sense! | |

| Thanks for your ideas guys I like the idea of using the top 3-2-1 from the 4 weeks and then putting a vote to see who people think is the Player of the month so if everyone is ok with that i will sort it out | |
