Since I live in California I don't get to see matches live, it's about a 15,000 mile round trip to get to a game. So I have been relying on these highlights for a couple of years now. I do wish they would show more of the action, all we get is the tries, plus a little bit of the build up. There is so much more to RL than just the tries. I've read so much about Eorl Crabtree in the match against Hull, I do wish that was shown as well. Does anyone have any other sources that show more RL?
As for the clip of Leroy Cudjoe's try against Warrington in the playoffs - LOVE IT! Best two or three minutes on the Internet. I bet I've watched that clip a hundred times at least. Plus the ad at the end was what led me to this web site.
Hoping for a good result this evening (except the KO is at noon here). Watching the Leeds-Harlequins highlights it seemed to me that Leeds gifted both the first two Harlequins tries with tremendous blunders. Plus two more tries came more from poor tackling that strong Harlequins attacking play. Harlequins might be top, but they are certainly not unbeatable.
Cheers.

Have a look at www.Veetle.com for live free on-line streams. It should be on tonight.

Click on our game, if it works or not I don't know. Links will be shown within 30mins before the game.

Thanks for the link. I watched the second half on the Veetle link. (I was teaching class during the first half.) Really enjoyed it.
It seemed like a tough game, harlequins didn't seem to want to fold like they have done in past years. But I thought that based on that half Fartown deserved the win. The defence looked impregnable until the very end when they must have tired a lot. The inability to score was the only real problem, there were plenty of half breaks that led to no points. Still, a win's a win, and we're top of the table again, for a couple of days anyway.
Cheers, and thanks again.

I agree our defensive was great and at the moment we have a problem turning possession into points. Our pack is brilliant, but we need to play off it a bit more.

Ball handling was also costly tonight Matt. The tackle count against us is creeping up too.

Yes, we aren't turning the pressure into points. Partly due to dropped ball, but also we are not quite there on creativity. Also particularly in the second half we gave a few silly penalties away.

No probs. The quality is good on Veetle isn't it? Less breaks and mis-matches between film/sound.

At game. The conditions weren't great so it was a good win!
Every weekly round of Super League, you are given the chance to vote for the best 3 players of each game during the season. After ever SL game there will be a thread on the forum where you can vote. 3 points to your best player of the game, 2 points for 2nd place and 1 point for 3rd. The points are added up each week until the end of the season when we find out the www.giants.co.nr player of the season.
