The Cup final was a clear example that our style of play has been worked out by the opposition, they did a Giants on us. They defended for their lives and never allowed us to get a foothold in the game, to be honest the Wire performed as I hoped we would. There were signs of that also againts the Bulls (but I will accept that players would have been tired in that one).

Do we need a plan B? Are we becoming predictable?

I think a Plan B is now very essential and a Plan C just in case.

I agree with your observation - Mr Smith watched the tapes and read our plays and Wire worked to their game plan very well.

If we had played to our game plan however we may still have stopped Wire from breaking us down but alas it was not to be.

Hopefully we will continue to build and will get the opportunity to go again and things may be different.

That's it Danna, at the end of the day it's all about our team gaining experience. Tony Smith is one of the best club coaches around and I think Warrington's rise and especially the Cup final are proof of that. Gotta feel sorry for our lads, Wildy looked shellshocked and poor Kev stuck to the side by himself on crutches.

We were very predictable and were closed down very easily.

We didn't really follow the plan, so its hard to say that it needs changing. We simply made too many mistakes in both defence and attack.
