His professional career began at Leeds before he went to play in Super League with Castleford, Wakefield and Salford.

The former goalkicking stand-off’s most productive years were at Castleford where he was a key figure in a side that regularly made the play-offs. His form during that period earned him two England caps.

He went on to provide valuable playing experience at Dewsbury and Batley and now works as a tutor/mentor at St John Fisher School in Dewsbury.

No but i played against him loads of time when we were kids. Talked to him a few weeks ago. TBH he's a bit of a door handle.
