SLGF - Dire vs Goons Empty

Will be very interested to watch the gooners first contact on Chris Hill, who let's be fair has monstered our forwards on two occasions,CC & QSF.Possibly the goons props have a bit more venom in them than some of ours, and if they bang him hard early he might not be so effective after that.Morley could easily get sent off,yet he is so sneaky with the thuggery.Call it experience, but still never liked him.

Be more nerves on show for Dire though in a final on a neutral venue.

I take Warrington to win fairly comfortably myself, but we showed if you hang in there they get a bit lax and make errors.

Not worried off Dire next year,They lost Carvell & Morley, not made up by bringing in Asotasi.

With Kaufusi & Ukuma aggression I think we will face down the Dire next year.

What to say,I think we are still a bit behind both these clubs as of now,but with the forward power we are bringing in then we might be even closer next time.

One problem, come play off time, the ball has to go out when the overlap is on,because there are no cheap tries on the fringe of the ruck in play off football.Fartown fans can make up their own minds about why the ball does not go out when it looks like the overlap is on.

I would be absolutely amazed if a great coach like big Paul does not have this aspect of our play in mind now.
