| I've just read on another forum that Keal Carlilse has had to retire on medical grounds (heart problem?).
Does anyone know if this is official?
It's a real shame if true, and I for one wish him all the best.

| Yeah, on this occasion please would you guys mind? I don't wanna do an RLFans stropper, but we'll re-open this later if it is made public. By all means if anyone hears anything concrete, then PM either myself, Mark, Meltham Giant or Flying Prop and we will look at re-opening it.
Thanks

| Very sad news is, that it's official. Keal has a heart murmur that requires an operation. DG and myself were sat talking to Keal a couple of months ago and he told us about the fact that yes, he was undergoing tests. However, nothing was official and we were sworn to secrecy.
I'm sure that you will all join us in wishing Keal the very best of luck and hope that everything goes well with the operation and that we will see him back again soon.

| Sounds like the operation could make him stronger. Fingers crossed for the guy and lets hope he can continue his Super League career. | |

He did say this to Mick & myself Bo, the club are being brilliant with him. Should (god forbid) anything not turn out as it should, he will likely as not, still have a role at the club for the foreseeable future. And for that, I tip my hat to the club.

Every weekly round of Super League, you are given the chance to vote for the best 3 players of each game during the season. After ever SL game there will be a thread on the forum where you can vote. 3 points to your best player of the game, 2 points for 2nd place and 1 point for 3rd. The points are added up each week until the end of the season when we find out the www.giants.co.nr player of the season.
