Your Moment of the Match vs Hull KR

Good performance and my highlight was Gilly's awesome tackle on Willy Mason under our sticks half way through the second half. Big Willy had no idea what hit him.

This might sound daft but my 'moment of the match' was sat watching it at home - At half time it was announced Hull KR would refuse to play if the floodlight wasn't fixed. The Giants said they wanted to play on regardless.

In a funny sort of way that made me smile

I reckon they were hoping that it would be stopped and the RFL awarding a draw at best....

For me it was Jerry getting the upper hand on Superstar Webster every single time they came head to head.

though not connected to players performances --steve gamsons comment that came over the mike-when the floodlights failed on one pylon - was a absolute priceless quote and should be up there with "they think its all over.........."

Looking towards the brighter lit part of the pitch he said something like "Will you try and play more over that side fellas " or similar

i suggested they oughta put some cones down the middle of the pitch --and cut it down to seven a side!!
might have worked whilst they go it fixed

On the other aspect --yeah McGillvary`s tackles on the big fella near the corner were awsome considering pound for pound difference!
Awesome tough lad --KEEP EM IN NATHAN and work round the other three threequarters !!

Watching Gilmour role back the years and cutting through the defence, who does the geriatric think he is?

Got to be our first try,a superbly executed example of what those who truly know the game call a 3-5 play.

i liked the first try of the games, he is well past his best but it was nice to see big willie play that grubber kick lol...
