Let's be the 18th man Empty
PostSubject: Let's be the 18th man   Let's be the 18th man EmptySat Feb 09, 2013 8:34 am

Tomorrow we finally get to support our boys on home turf. Against London the atmosphere is usually poor but let's start the season as we mean to go on by singing, shouting and cheering. It's been said numerous times in the examiner and on the official website how much it lifts our boys when we get behind them. The songs we sing aren't hard to learn so join in and get those around you to do the same. We also need songs for our new boys as well as a new song to add to our current ones in the style of the ones ultra fans at some footy clubs sing as well as Wigan and Bradford that I heard last season in SL .I don't know about anyone else but a big part of a great game for me is the atmosphere so if we are wanting new fans to keep coming back and bringing their friends we need to make the experience a great one off the pitch as well as on it. Should the club have the words to the songs in the matchday program? Should all the singers have their own section or spread out to persuade others to join in? Any ideas to get more people to join in? I know we've had threads like this before but if our crowds are to improve we need to help the newcomers enjoy the whole matchday experience. C'mon Giants fans let's hear some passion tomorrow!!

The club need to look at sports like darts.

Dull, dull, dull, but the atmospheres always seem electric.
