It's going to be at Salford and the tickets will go on sale the day after the magic weekend but tickets will have to be bought asap or else the tickets will be returned and given to Wire fans who will no doubt sell out of their allocation.

We need to sell plenty, but I wouldn't bet on it. The cup doesn't seem to have caught the imagination of the Huddersfield public.

Looming ever closer and even though we won today against London we still looked well out of sorts.

Would like to see a big nasty pack for the wire game, injuries permitting and presumuing Jerry and Wardle miss out, I would go with:-

Eden
George
Cudjoe
Brown/Gilmour
Murphy

Grix
Brough

Crabtree
Robbo
Mason
O'Donnell
Chan
Fa'alogo

Bench of Patrick, Faiumu, (whoever misses out in centre from Brown or Gilmour) or Ferguson and Lee or Fairbank if fit

Giants v Wolves Empty

Well what's Mr Browns tactics and team selection going to be like this weekend. The big question is, how is our leader going to turn the tide, is he capable of getting the players confidence back and turn our poor/dismal performances of late around in time for what is our biggest game of the season. Is he going to drop some of our underperforming players and give someone else the chance to shine in a real shakeup, are we going to see a captain who look's ready for a fight and is going to give 110% put his body on the line and inspire and encourage his team mates onto a Wembley appearance. Do all the staff and players actually have the stomach and fight to get out there and give their all for the "claret and gold jersey" or have they got their thoughts on their next club ? Or is it just "carry on as normal" with no apparent leadership on or off the field. Are we just going to turn up with the same attitude, team selection and tactics we had on Sunday, just hoping and praying everything will suddenly click and everything will be OK on the day. All this crap about our end of season departures looks to have severely disrupted our season again. if their "going" is effecting individual/team performances which, in my opinion they are, then surely they should be either dropped till they get their heads sorted out or shifted out now.

I would like a bit more fighting talk coming out of the club instead of the usual lame excuses, apologies and pathetic articles about us getting it right on Sunday. Are we really going to get to the bottom of the cause of our poor form, sort it out, make the changes required, get the players fired up and get them out there ready and fully prepared to put in a performance they can all be proud of instead of Sundays "just going through the motions" debacle.

I live in hope.

We all live in hope.

Stranger things have happened.

The cup could bring out the best in everyone, it will need to if we are to have a fighting chance.

With no LOD,I fear even more for our prospects.I was hoping NB would play LOD at LF,and have him doing similar to what he did before his injury, that was bottling up the middle of the field, tackling anything that moves, and also plenty of ball carries. Now I am struggling for his replacement, but I would move Kev Brown back to the centres,as much to mark Bridge as anything else. Also Bruno back to centre/wing with Leroy to stop Atkins.

Luke G. has gone right off form lately, missing important tackles, guess there's no chance of a surprise return from either Joe or Jerry. We are struggling for outside backs, otherwise Luke G. could have no complaints about being dropped imo.

I would play Grix at 6,and employ split halves, tell them both to show and go as often as they can,as I believe that is their strength.Moore is a better potential playmaker out of dh imho.

I'd have Smurf in at FB.

My pick -

Smurph
Leroy Bruno KB Luke G
Grix Brough
Ferguson
Gilmour,Larne
Eorl Moore Mason

Robbo,Fooey,Chan,Doof
