Well, your more positive than me about the result!
Perhaps I am over-reacting but seeing the same complacency (look at the run on team, we didn't respect Salford) and same mistakes on and off the park, the same May collapse (when did we last win a league game in May?), as I feel right now I would be happy to read in tomorrows Examiner that Nathan Brown was off to Saints with immediate effect.
I believe Nathan will never win anything, with us or Saints. He has done some great things for us and is very nearly a brilliant coach. Very nearly, but he lacks an edge, he is a nice man not a ruthless win at all costs type. To compensate he seems to try to be too clever.
Just my view, I will calm down and be at the game next week and the week after, but the last few weeks combined with previous Nathan Brown seasons give me no confidence. I see a 6th/7th place finish and early play off exit, sadly.
Cue the apologist's saying "just as well the player's don't think like you" - wrong I a successful in my profession and I manage a lot more people than a Super League squad.
