vs Hull KR - R17

Monday night TV football,wonder what the crowd will be.Reckon owt above 6k would be good.Rovers will bring a few no doubt on the back of their good win last Sunday.

We are desperate for a victory now,but this won't be an easy fixture.We seem to have gone away from the go wide from any area of the field that was so exciting to watch in the early rounds.Wigan stopped our go forward and got up quick on the outside and prevented us playing the 'mobility' stuff that we were promised.That seemed to knock the confidence right out of us as this last couple of games has proved.

HKR are dangerous on attack with Dobson & Green combining in the halves & fellow Aussie S.O'Donnell chiming into the line as second stand off.Those two halves are not the best defenders though and that is where Rovers look weakest,their edge defence.Big pack though,once again,if they can stop our go forward,will we be confident enough to go side to side from any part of the field.

Our forwards really need to get fired up for this one.

It will all depend who are tha pawns and who are the prime movers, can't even make a guess who will play where.

Can't see HKR bringing many at all, and that is no slight on them. Monday evening match straight after England's opening Euros match. This is the most unappealing travel of the season for them.

We struggle to get the kids/families along on Friday evenings so a monday looks tough. I think a flat atmosphere possible sub 5k crowd. Just get the points any way and move on.

Lucky to get 4k imo. Terrible planned time for an RL fixture. Wait for the "Hudds have no fans" rants Tues morning from the rest of the RL community.

Having noted the 19 man squad that is minus Grix,McGillvary & Fairbank,I too am struggling to guess what the make up of the side will be,and just as importantly what sort of gameplan will go into this one with now.After all Scott & Jermaine were two of our main men.Grixy the pivot and the Jerry tough yards on our exit sets.
