Jermaine may have been shaky in defense - but he made more bleeding yards running the ball in than our forwards! Drop griff and mason give Andy and Horne a shot next week. But it won't happen.

Andy is fortunate really !
He cant be blamed one iota for recent events

Today he looked fit and well and must really have enjoyed trying on his boots , having a coachride out in the sunshine , and possibly a plate of sandwiches and a natter with Jacko after the match !! Rolling Eyes

Its all going rather pear shaped FAST!!

I ssem to remember Leroy being chosen to tour with England
Being urged on by NB as he intercepted and scorched UP THE WING against Wires (all filmed)
Running up the WING and throwing a one handed pass to his CENTRE , LAWRENCE in one of the best tries of the season ..........................................................................and where was the lad today ----------SO
And where was he the other week ..................full back
and where was Lawrence ??? 2nd row !

Whos kidding who here?? Neutral

For both those trys you mentioned the wire and one handed pass Leroy was playing at centre not wing.

I apologise for my gaff Jools !

Note to self ! Must keep up with changes !!(put it down to old age!! Wink )

Was it a previous centre on the wing?? and the previous winger at centre ??

But , then again )you cant beat a good utility player !!

( Keep it quiet but didnt Eorl play centre once upon a time ?? Wink )

Eorl wouldn't be a bad choice for centre, he'd certainly bust through tackles! I remember big Dave king being played at centre when he came back, and he did just that- I remember him destroying Sheffield and scoring a 50metre try, but they had to take him off straight after!!

Defence was shocking and Danny Orr walked through a gap a mile wide for his try. No line speed and in attack didn't seem to be running onto the ball bar 1 or 2. Didn't look like we could break them down with ball in hand, all inside passes and up the middle rubbish.

Keep Griff in at least he running it back hard

Agree with FP re: defence. Dixon & Orr's tries were abysmal on our part. 3 defenders on one winger & he still scores??? Sheesh!

This news beginning half of this season and I would have been worried as it is at present not really fussed either way and if he left tomorrow heyho.

Ever since he been here it seems he waiting for the right job to come along, if this isn't the right job to throw everything into at the moment then he short changing, Ken, the club, the players and most importantly us the fans.

Slightly o/t pity we haven't got a Sam Tomkins in our team cos love him or hate him he is truely World Class.
